Copyright & DMCA Policy

GuruCloudAI, LLC ("Company") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of DreamScape to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on DreamScape infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material on DreamScape, with enough detail to locate it (e.g., scene URL, asset description)
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

2. Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed
• Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Puerto Rico if outside the U.S.)

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. After two valid takedown notices, the user's account may be permanently terminated without further notice.

5. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Platform Intellectual Property

The DreamScape platform, including its source code, AI systems, user interface design, logos, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of GuruCloudAI, LLC and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without express written permission.
