- Draft scopes, hours, and prices produced by the assistant are estimates, not offers. Nothing is binding until a human on our team confirms it in a signed quote or agreement.
- Don't paste in secrets, credentials, or anything you're not comfortable sharing — it's a scoping conversation, not a vault.
- We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
Your account & client portal
- Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Portal content (boards, invoices, contracts) is confidential between you and us.
Our content
The site's design, text, and imagery are ours (or licensed). Case-study names and logos belong to their respective clients and are shown with permission. Don't scrape or republish the site wholesale.
No warranties on the site
The website and scoping assistant are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and estimates can change once real requirements surface. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited to $100; liability for project work is governed by your services agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when. Material changes for active clients get communicated directly.
